Using our collections

Visitors are welcome to search the Museum’s collections which include photographs, archived documents and artifacts.

To obtain a print or scan of a photo in our collection:
If you wish to obtain a scan for your personal or educational use, please fill out an Image Use Personal/Educational form that contains an Image Reproduction Request form and Usage Agreement. Refer to the Photo Reproduction Price List for correct payment. Forms are available through the “Personal Use” button on the right.

To obtain permission to use an image for publication or commercial purposes:
If you wish to obtain an image for commercial or editorial use, please fill out the Image Use Commercial/Editorial form that contains an Image Reproduction Request form and Usage Agreement. Please refer to the Commercial Use price list for correct payment. Forms are available through the “Commercial Use” button on the right.

Adding to our collections

We appreciate gifts and donations of any items that have historical and cultural significance for Vashon-Maury Island.

We encourage you to donate, loan or allow us to duplicate any archival materials that have importance to our Islands. These may include objects, documents, or photographs.
