While the museum is partially funded by federal and state grants, the bulk of our costs are covered by donations from local Vashonites, visitors, and those who feel a close connection to the Island. We also have a vision of expanding the museum through strategic purchases of other historic Island buildings. And to do all this we need contributions from Islanders, Island-lovers and visitors alike.
